West Singapore

West Singapore, as used in this guide, covers the west of the island, from Dover, Clementi, West Coast and the one-north research corridor through Bukit Batok and Dairy Farm to Jurong. It is home to some of Singapore's largest international school campuses, many of them established decades ago, alongside Japanese, German and Indian-curriculum schools, and suits families living in the western suburbs or working in the tech, pharmaceutical and research clusters around Jurong and one-north. Distances across the area are significant, so check school bus routes from your preferred neighbourhood.
