HeadStart International School Phuket

HeadStart International School Phuket was founded in 2005 and has grown into one of the island's best-known British international schools. It runs two campuses: Chaofah City in the Muang district, convenient for Phuket Town, Chalong and Kathu, and Cherngtalay in Thalang, close to Laguna, Bang Tao and the west-coast residential developments.

The school follows a British-style education from Foundation (age two) through Primary and Secondary to Sixth Form, with Cambridge International IGCSE and A-Level examinations and Pearson BTEC vocational qualifications as an alternative route in the senior years. HeadStart is a Cambridge International School, is accredited through the International School Quality Mark (ISQM) with Education Development Trust, where it is rated Outstanding, and is a member of FOBISIA. Students can also take part in the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award.
