Westbourne College (Singapore) opened in 2023 as an offshoot of Westbourne School in Penarth, Wales, and is a sister school of Westbourne College Sydney. It covers only the final years of school: Cambridge IGCSE for ages 14-16 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for ages 17-19. An accelerated IB Diploma route takes students coming from the Singapore O-Level or N-Level system.
The campus fills part of Level 16 of the Valley Point office tower on River Valley Road. It is deliberately laid out like a professional office, with a few classrooms, a hall, focus zones and a student common room, and students wear business-style dress. Cohorts are intentionally small. The programme leans towards STEM and business, with industry visits and an entrepreneurship and leadership strand called the Future Leaders Lab. Great World, Havelock and Tiong Bahru MRT stations are all within walking distance.
Tuition for 2026-27 is S$42,000 (IGCSE) and S$43,850 (IBDP) a year for international students. Singapore citizens and permanent residents pay lower rates of S$33,100 and S$34,900. Textbooks and exam entries cost extra. Academic scholarships worth 10-40% of fees are offered based on an entrance test, and sibling discounts are available.
