Sampoerna Academy Surabaya

Unclaimed
A STEAM-focused school teaching the Cambridge International curriculum on two campuses in west Surabaya: Grand Pakuwon (playgroup to high school) and Pakuwon Indah (early years and lower primary).
Sampoerna Academy Surabaya

Sampoerna Academy is an Indonesian network of international-curriculum schools with campuses in Jakarta, BSD, Sentul, Surabaya and Medan. Its Surabaya school runs on two sites in the west of the city: the Grand Pakuwon campus in Banjar Sugihan, Tandes, which takes children from playgroup through elementary and middle school to high school, and the Pakuwon Indah campus in Lidah Wetan, Lakarsantri, which currently teaches toddler playgroup to Grade 2.

Teaching combines the Cambridge International curriculum with a strong emphasis on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics), project-based learning and design thinking. High school students take Cambridge IGCSE from Grade 9 and sit the exams in Grade 10, with a one-year fast-track option; Cambridge A Levels and the IB Diploma are offered in Grades 11 and 12 only at the Jakarta and Medan schools, so families planning beyond Grade 10 in Surabaya should confirm the upper-secondary pathway with the school.

Facilities at the Surabaya campuses include technology-integrated classrooms, an early learning centre, a library, a science laboratory, a multifunction hall, sports facilities and arts and music studios. Fees are not published online; contact the admissions team for the current fee schedule.
