The British School of Bali

The British School of Bali opened on 1 September 2025 as the newest school in The Schools Trust group, a UK body whose trustees have set up a network of British international schools. Its current campus is at Tegallalang, north of Ubud, within the Onyx Park resort, and has bright classrooms, STEAM and robotics resources, a library, a school garden, playgrounds, sports areas, several swimming pools and a 400-seat auditorium. A new purpose-built main campus has been announced for the 2026–27 year.

The school follows the National Curriculum for England, from the Early Years Foundation Stage through Key Stages 1 and 2, enriched with an international outlook and local cultural studies. It currently runs from Pre-Nursery (age two) to Year 6, and Year 7 is planned subject to demand. The RULER social-emotional learning programme runs alongside lessons, and every pupil has an iPad.

Admission is selective, with pre-entry assessments on campus or remotely. Published 2026–27 fees are IDR 230 million a year in Nursery and Reception and IDR 240 million in Years 1–6 when paid annually, including learning materials, plus enrolment and lunch fees.
