Sekolah Stella Mundi opened its Early Learning Centre in Renon, Denpasar, in 2015, followed by a primary campus in 2017 and a Middle Years campus in Singapadu, Gianyar, in 2025. A purpose-built high school campus is under construction for completion in 2028. The school is run by Yayasan Stella Mundi Indonesia, and its child-centred ethos aims to nurture curiosity and creative thinking.
Early years draw on Australia's Early Years Learning Framework. Primary combines the Indonesian national curriculum with Cambridge subjects, and Years 7 and 8 follow Kurikulum Merdeka with Cambridge Lower Secondary. The school currently runs up to Year 8, with Cambridge IGCSE planned for Years 9–10 and AS and A Level for Years 11–12. Teaching is in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and classes are capped at 17 per grade.
Stella Mundi is one of the more affordable options in Bali: published 2025–26 tuition runs from about IDR 39 million a year in Primary 1–2 to IDR 68 million in Years 7–8, plus admission and annual fees.
