
Sekolah Lentera Kasih Bali (SLK), with Lollypop Preschool on the same site, opened in Kerobokan in 2004. It is part of the SLK family of Christian schools that began in Jakarta, with sister schools in Sunter, Makassar and Pondok Indah, each run independently. The campus on Jalan Gunung Salak has a swimming pool, a covered sports court, a football field, science and computer labs and a playground.
Lollypop Preschool takes toddlers from about 18 months to the end of kindergarten, and SLK runs from Grade 1 to Grade 12. It is a registered SPK school teaching the Cambridge curriculum: Cambridge Primary with Checkpoint in Grades 1–6, Cambridge Lower Secondary in Grades 7–8, IGCSE in Grades 9–10 and AS and A Level in Grades 11–12. Subjects include Business Studies, Accounting, Global Perspectives and Mandarin, alongside the required Indonesian national subjects.
Lessons are in English, apart from Bahasa Indonesia, civics and religion classes, which are offered for all major faiths. Classes are capped at 24 in primary and 25 in secondary, and entry from Grade 1 involves English and Maths tests and an interview. There is no school bus. Fees are not published; contact the admissions office for current figures.
